Please note that new applicant programs are not CCNE accredited. All new applicant programs must host an on-site evaluation within two years of being accepted as a new applicant. Acceptance of a program as a new applicant is not a guarantee of accreditation.

To determine if a program has been accepted by CCNE as a new applicant, please use the search function provided below.

For a list of all new applicant programs by institution, please choose "Institution" and then click on the "Search for New Applicants" button. For a list of all new applicant programs by state, please choose "States" then click on the "Search for New Applicants" button. You may narrow these searches by choosing the program (baccalaureate, master's, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), employee-based entry-to-practice residency, post-graduate APRN certificate, federally funded traineeship entry-to-practice residency, or nurse practitioner fellowship/residency).

Please note that if an institution has more than one location (including across multiple states), the institution is listed in the state where the main campus/headquarters is located.
